Well let's see... Shisui would tear Sasuke a new one in the first scenario without KA.

The second scenario... We have to think about how Sasuke is now... What have we really seen him do? A couple of flashy attacks... some "teleporting" (just switching places with an object.. pfft)... chibaku tensei, but come on... What has he REALLY done?
