Shisui vs. Minato

Shisui was said to be the most gifted teleporter in the leaf. He also had all of the other powers of the sharingan. People debate whether Itachi could beat minato, well shisui is pretty much Itachi but with teleportation. My money is on Shisui.

Agreement. Besides Shisui was known for KA not Teleportation...

Ka works alot better than once a decade for shisui it took danzo only a couple of hours to recharge ka i would assume since its shisuis tech then minutes in between uses

shisui is not that good with other stuff and his teleportation jutsu isnt as near good as minato so...minato>shisui

Shisui is hardly on the same level as Ao. He was not even able to do anything against Danzo even though
Danzi did not have all the other sharingans or even Hashu's cell. The Koto argument is just stupid, do you really
think a fodder character like him who hardly have any Importance to the story is the strongest character?

So, he can defeat the Sage, Madara, Hashi, Naruto or obito,,,etc with one second? LOL
I really don't take those people seriously. :'(
