Izuna most likely has Susano'o since he was equal to MS Madara so by portrayal i'd give him the win high diff since both are featless and im sure Izuna isn't getting Blitzed or lol stomped by Genjutsu so based on raw portrayal i'd give Izuna the win tho full powered Shisui takes his life any day a the week..
