No. Shisui would be even more of a moron if that were the case. That shot would have been used on the Uchiha clan. Either way, Itachi would realize it given he did as an Edo as well.

Regardless, that eye was deactivated in terms of using KA, he had already used it prior on something else, most likely a mission.

That and KA is used once every decade w/o Senju DNA. Itachi was 13 there. As an Edo, a year had passed after his death, he would have been 22 had he been living. That's a 9 yr gap, not a 10 year.

Neither hated the Uchiha. On the contrary, they loved their clan. They just didn't want to cause conflict just to get power. One cannot really blame them on that.
