yes he was trained by kagami uchiha... kagami was part of tobiramas personal squad during war along with the other elders... he most likely was very skilled considering he trained shisui an internationally known shinobi and was praised by tobirama whom didn't even like uchiha

In addition to following the series canon until the latest animated episode, the game will feature new side stories written by Masashi Kishimoto. These include stories about Akatsuki and Shisui Uchiha. Another third storyline has been confirmed but has yet to be revealed. Canon big time XD

Shisui's green Susano'o is just for the game, but if he had the drill part , that would be pretty cool.
It'd also be okay if Susano'o took too much out of him , so he could only summon Susano'o for just one moment during battle.

Danzo and Hiruzen were about the same age, so maybe they both saw Madara's Susano'o before, while he was attacking the Leaf village while they were kids.
