That jutsu can be used once every 10 years, unless of course you have Hashiramas chakra levels (aka Danzo). I think Raikage takes this with mid difficulty with his Top Speed Punch.

Ay get's locked in genjutsu at any chance shishui gets and he's reduced to a quivering mass. Shishui can use KA to just plant the idea "my best strategy right now would be to stop and look at him directly in his eyes", at which point shishui snipes him out.

Unlike the other Genjutsu, KA doesn't need eye contact. So, Shisui will just mind brainwash him without Ay knowing anything. Other than that, Shisui has fastest Shunshin and with his Sharingan's preg, Ay's movements are easy to keep up and react to.
