History; Some time in the past Shisui Uchiha fought against AO. Around six months after Shisui joined the Anbu Black OPs, Itachi started acting a little weird. Shisui was directed and order by Leaf Military Police Force to keep an close eye on Itachi. Some time after Shisui was found drowned in the Nakano River, with a suicide note. The note said he was tired of carrying out the clan duties. The Leaf Military Police Force suspected it was Itachi of murdered Shisui and use his sharingan to make the suicide note. Shisui was to devoted to the clan to commit suicide at the least
other Some time joining Anbu Black OPs Shisui asked his captain Nexus for some surgery and modifications so he stretch his legs, arms, and neck to a certain extent. He got the surgery done by the famous doctor Nero. After the surgery he could stretch up to three times in a battle. Also his eye sight will be blurry when he does his first move in a battle. But after his first turn his eye sight is back normal.
