I must state that i believe that shisui Unlocked his MS without killing anyone

I think Shisui was such a skilled shinobib and sharingan user (itachi looked up to him) His sharingan naturally evolved

so what you think is it possible for ms to evolve into ms if you are a true prodegy

The first part might be true.One needs to undergo an extreme emotional disturbance to awaken ms like obito.It might be due to the loss of someone or by killing.
The second part is BS.He's an uchiha.It doesn't matter even if you are a once in a generation genius.The above stated theory applies to EVERY uchiha.

Sharingan evolves due to emotional stress. Good emotion also count. Desire to protect would lead to sharingan evolution even to MS level
