I know the game isn't really officially apart of the manga/anime but I'm curious to know who would win? Both are in thier prime, healthy Itachi, Shisui has both eyes.

Who do you think would win? & it's bloodlust and no morals btw.

Shisui's Genjutsu > Itachi's Genjutsu. He has KA and was stated to be greater than Itachi at that field.
Shisui's Taijutsu > Itachi's Taijutsu. His Shunshin is arguably on par with Ay, alongside the benefits from Sharingan.
Shisui's Ninjutsu = Itachi's Ninjutsu.
