The Rinnegan is not immune to all genjutsu. The Tsukuyomi can only be broken by one with the Sharingan and the blood of the Uchiha Clan, meaning that Nagato would be destroyed if he was in the Tsukuyomi. Can you please show as can saying the Rinnegan can resist genjutsu?

The Rinnegan is not immune to KA and the Mangekyo is not either, so why would a combination of both Dojutsu's make the person immune?

That's a false translation and has been confirmed to be by many people. You sir, have soloed yourself.

I don't even know why we care about Databook's, they're incredibly inaccurate and lacking in consistency, and besides I've heard that the translation on that is extremely off.

Nagato cannot counter Tsukuyomi or KA.

The thing is, the normal Rinnegan has **** all to do with genjutsu so why would it resist it? The only thing the Rinnegan can fight is IT, and IT has only been cast twice in the series with an over 1,000 year gap between the two casts.

The Rinnegan can dispel Infinite Tsukuyomi because it is a Rinnegan technique, as explained by Sasuke. It's the same reason why Sharingan techniques do not work on Sharingan users.

Sharingan techniques do work on sharingan users though.
KA worked on MS itachi.
Tsukuyomi worked on Sasuke.
