hes cruel because of his actions towards kakashi. savagely and brutally torturing his mind for 72 hours.

shisui is a coward who killed himself because hes scared people will want his power instead of stopping the coup himself wiht his remaining KA eye, giving his power away regardless. his whole thing makes no sense. and considering his power i cant understand why he let danzo take one eye

who's thousands? his clan (maybe 100 people), and then....what? tobi didnt kill anyone until the war...and im not sure if he even had the power to stop Tobi...the war went underway and thousands died, but im not entirely sure that Itachi could have stopped that...Moreover he did his best to help his brother, and the hidden leaf to his judgement - he just thought tobi would be less powerful than he was...or atleast less affluential.

his clan, everyone oro killed in the konoha invasion since itachi could have stopped him and didnt, everyone in iwa and suna that deidara killed for the same reason, the people who died because itachi did a piss poor job of spying on akatsuki and withholding vital intel (people have been executed for less than this), the people who died because itachi didnt seal a bijuu into his totsuka and end obitos whole plan before it starts.
