Ao noticed the differing colors in Danzo at the Kage Summit, so is it possible that Shisui had some sort of connection to Hashirama when alive?

The observation of Ao clearly discerns the entirety of Danzōu’s upper chakra circulatory system. Ao notes the variances of both Danzōu’s right arm and shoulder, for reasons later showcased in Sasuke’s bout with Danzōu.


Ao does not mention the color of chakra existing in Danzōu’s right shoulder and arm, only the right eye.[
