Feats really don't matter when you have enough information about a characters skills to justify a high skill ranking.Shisui was an Uchiha who awaken MS in both eyes, was highly skill in genjutsu, was none for his body flicker ability and had the most op genjutsu in the naruto series; that's more then enough to place him above most shinobis.

The problem with saying "he lost to danzo" is there is absolutely no information on Shisui even battling Danzo? We just know Danzo took one of his eyes, but we don't know how.It can easily be said that Danzo used members of Roots to perform the feats, seeing as we have never seen Danzo without guards.Without more information, we can't say Shisui lost to Danzo because we don't know the circumstances.
