By that logic, Shisui is the best shinobi ever, since he could just plant the idea of him winning in his foes head. Off of pure skill and talent, Hiruzen wrecks, low-mid difficulty.

if KA was so powerful, Shishui would have been able to quell the Uchiha rebellion or at least win against Danzo and not have his eye taken and commit suicide.

When Danzo used KA on Mifune, he had to focus it on him for it to work which was the reason why Ao was able to see it with his byakugan....and when he stopped focusing it, Mifune snapped out.

Focusing on a target would be a lot harder when everyone is moving light speed, constantly dodging and attacking and such.

Danzo also re-awakened his KA during the Sasuke battle when he took Karin hostage....he contemplated on giving it up for Izanagi, instead of using KA on Sasuke....even still he didn't have enough time to cast it.

Ao(the guy with the byakugan who's also fodder) was also able to survive in a fight with Shishui and his KA...

KA is flawed, just like every other tech....stop trying say it's not.

KA is overpowered U_U that's why obito and kabuto wanted shisui and that's how itachi escaped Edo Tensei..the logic is pretty dumb but yes with KA shisui beats almost everybody. Except SO6P of course.
