Kabuto cannot be 1st he has edo but he would still die first meaning he lost (totsuka, flower world,kamui,ka, soul steal), or at best he would tie.....PPL with rinnetensei can revive ppl too even though they die in summary he's up there but he is not first

I swear KA is the most overrated tech in all of Naruto, and I don't feel like re-posting the flaws I found in it cause I just end up repeating myself the 100th time.

Shishui lost to Danzo also, you can justify it by him not being able to use KA but that means he still lost skill wise. And if he really was that skilled, I'm sure he would have seen an ambush or something coming since he apparently "surpasses Itachi" and would have been able to defeat Danzo.

shisui probably submitted to danzo like itachi would ahve. its his boss after all.

the things you said can be avoided by body shedding or liquid body or hiding like a mole jutsu. hide like a mole + ET a few K's away = GG.

no, because KA is a manipulating jutsu not a fighting one. it can be used to change a person's ideals or allegiance, but as far as has been shown it's not a jutsu used to subdue opponents

KA does whatever the user wants it to do. danzo was going to use it to turn obito into his ally. and if danzos command in KA is "dont move" thne they will NOT move.

ka is not enough to put you in top 10 to be top 10 i believe a character should be able to adapt to what ever circumstances and come out top like danzo lost to sasuke and he had like 10 izanagis which are like extra lives in a video game yet he couldn't beat sasuke

izanagi is not extra lives. its a genjutsu cast on yourself. by this logic itachi has infinite lives since he can be killed over and over inside his genjutsu. uchihas spammed it back in the day.

danzo is the guy who lost one sharingan with izanagi because he got hit by sasuke's shurikens

impossible. izanagi allows you to tank anything for 1 minute. having more eyes extends it to 11. it isnt used up just cos hes hit once.
