Wat lies behind this question is your level of maturity for Discussion. You can't seem to whip up a reply yourself but keep on quoting people to say that the other person has said this and that. If you make a thread, then you should be prepared to answer some tough questions regarding the topic you chose. I am guessing you are still young. First of all, I have stated from the very beginning about this pair that's all fanfiction matter. Fanfiction, AU, you call it.
Relationship-wise, they haven't had a parent figure relationship. That maaaaybe to a degree should be seen in the Kakashi/Sasuke relationship, all Sakura and kakashi had was student/tutor.
Besides the fact that I clearly said throughout the thread that this is for fun and, once again, it was happening in an AU universe not with current Kakashi and Sakura, meaning the ages would be clearly different and also, everything would happen somewhere around at least 18-20's Sakura's years of age (if we are keeping into consideration the age difference).
You came and said afterwards that for you is disgusting because of the age difference. and to you is unacceptable. Meaning 14 years. As we know, in the manga, Kakashi is 30, Sakura is 16.
So, before even taking into consideration that everybody said that it would happen in the AU somewhere past Sakura's 16 years old, you kept continuing.
Well, then, I find it than that for you, Katherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas's relationship that it happens to be ongoing with the age difference of 25 years old, is disgusting as well.
You probably found disgusting Ashton's Kutcher and Demi Moore's relationship with an age gap of 16 years (close in number) disgusting as well?
Or Hugh Jackman's relationship with Debora which happens to be of 13 years old age gap between them?
Look, it's ok if you don't like it, but don't come here and play the moralist when clearly it was mentioned from the very beginning that this pair is happening in an AU World where you can easily change the details, as well, from a topic made for the fun of it.
Don't like it? Fine. But don't start judging people on their tastes just because you feel so when it happens that even in the real world can be found age gap differences and stories of such.
People have different tastes, some are homosexuals, some enjoy yaoi, some enjoy crack pairings, etc.
Why the necessity to play the moralist when it doesn't even offends you directly?
For example, for me, I find yaoi a bit strange and homosexuality as well. However, it's people's life, people's choices. Who are we to judge? How are we better than them to be able to judge?
As long as it doesn't affect me directly, people have all the reason to do what they feel like doing or enjoying.
And to answer your question, because I was sure you're going to say something like that, that's why I asked the question in the first place, to take that out as I was sure you'll start to preach about things as maturity and such, it's 24 (almost) and it's not the first time I've said it..
But I happen to have this thinking ever since 14 years because my dad had something with the homosexuals, because of the religion and other doctrines couldn't accept such things. And I said to him the same thing as I said to you know.
As long as it doesn't affect me directly, I can care less about what others decide to do with their lives or decide to like.
