Well, I have come to find myself without a senpai and without someone off the top of my head to fill the position. As such this thread was created to give me to opportunity to scout some applicants and you], potential senpai, the chance to fill said role. I simply require that you have completed at least three of the Basic Five elements (with training links as proof) and have a good understanding of the elements you have completed, as well as a reason why you want to teach.

Benefits

I can personally offer, absolutely nothing, except the position itself. There may be a chance that I help you complete some things in order to be eligible to apply for the position of sensei.

I've done the fire aact after but I can't find the thread.
Why do you want the position?:Ever since I've started the RP,I wanted to become the one teaching.That didn't change in all the months I've been RP-ing and when I finally became a senpai,I was thrilled but stuff happened(explained bellow)and I wasn't able to be a senpai for as long as I would have liked.I would also like to become a sensei later but for that I need more experience in both training and in the RP overall.Also now is a long period when I don't have many obligations and the winter holiday starts soon too,so I will have a lot of time to dedicate to the students.I like teaching a lot and I think I will be able to handle any amount of students you throw at me,as I know that many now are in need of training and can't find it quickly enough,making them loose interest in the RP.Also I know that proper training is needed also to lessen the ever-growing argues in fights.
Why do you want to be my senpai?:Well there is no particular reason.For me it isn't important who's senpai I am as long as I am a senpai.However I like your name

Tell me a little about yourself:Well I have started RP-ing almost immediately when I joined the base.So I started RP-ing in January 2012.I was lucky enough to get a few trainings started quickly.I remember starting fire first with Inch xD.Then training stalled a bit but I finished the basic five soon enough.I joined Kiri on the 1st of April 2012.I remember that because for aprils fools day,Alucard and Lilly decided to leave Kirigakure as a joke on the villagers and made a thread about it in the NW.I looked at Kiri then ans saw it said:"Everybody is free to join.",probably because the kage left.

After that,while I was being trained in other stuff,I figured why shouldn't I try to become a senpai as I have always wanted to do so.I didn't get my hopes up to high though.I applied in a few places but wasn't chosen but that was expected.Due to real life problems I became a bit less active and only finished my training but didn't fight much.I then became fully active and applied to become Selendrile's senpai,he trained me before in earth,clay and the Sharingan.This time I was accepted.I was enjoying the senpai position a lot but then real life got the best of me again.Due to finishing one school I hate to take some very hard entry exams for the other and so I had to study.Also there were some other problems I do not wish to mention and so I had to give away the senpaiship and leave the base until the exams were over.I then returned,made new bio's,got into the Bartholomew clan and want to become a senpai again. Why do you want the position?: I want this position because it is undeniably the next step I need to take in my RP career. I've been RPing here for a while now and thus have a good knowledge of how things work here but have not been able to achieve the senpaiship spot. So here I am, applying for the spot yet again.
Why do you want to be my senpai?: My reason is pretty clear. I want to assist you in training others, and by doing so I'd be training and building myself battlewise and otherwise, bringing you the joy it gives a sensei to see their senpai improve (you know that joy right? <_<'). Constantly training others in the Basic 5 will bring me closer to the cannon techniques, allowing me to improve my understanding and usage of them, thus enhancing my own skill. Under your guidance or timely instructions, I'll be able to in due course grow into a much better RPer than I am right now. I'm also aiming to take the sensei test when the time arrives.
Tell me a little about yourself: I've been RPing for over 2 years now and have a good knowledge of most things in our RP world, so you can be sure that I'll give students my best. Since I started RPing, I've achieved Basic 5 mastery, Taijutsu mastery, Genjutsu mastery, Mokuton mastery, Rain mastery, Fuuinjutsu up to B rank(will continue if I master Ninjutsu), the infamous Nekura clan membership and 1st place position in a Kumogakure village tournament. I've been in just two villages: Kumo(former) and Iwa(current). My RP goals (in no particular order) at the moment are to become an EIG master, become a senpai then a sensei, get Wood SM on Hashirama, become a Black Knight in the Nekura Ichizoku, get to Kage rank (err, can you help me with this? <_<), create 2 badass CEs, become the better holder of the God of Lightning 7SM Sword by taking it from Better r_r, get to Sage rank by posts and become the official Sage of Rain. I've never been a senpai. I enjoy NW RP because it's actually where there's real role play o-o. I also enjoy participating in tournaments and doing stuff that test my skill. Becoming a senpai will be an avenue to test my RP intellect and my skill training-wise.

Why do you want the position?:

-Well,being a senpai is like the first big step before becoming a sensei.I want to become a sensei,so this would the perfect opportunity to gain experience in teaching and how it feels to give back the knowledge you gained when being taught the basic 5.Being a senpai also helps you gain a better understanding of jutsu,that might have overlooked.Teaching,I want to be able to teach and feel how it is like and help those new to the RP.I remember respecting the ones who taught me when I was a noob a tad bit more the others lol (Tosen,Better,Nathan,Korra and Adachi)

-I started the RP in march 2013 and I took some time to read through fights,RP threads in general actually,to gain some understanding of how it all works.I came across Kerrah's thread where Gobi taught him everything,it looked like so much fun! Being the teacher and having students that look to you for wisdom.I also had great senpai/sensei teach me the basic 5,and I would like to make them proud if I become a senpai (Tosen <_> ).So I haven't been senpai before.I also became a Nekura and mastered a few other things like Shadows,Kenjutsu etc.Also,I recently spoke to the Pervy Sage,he told me that I should have a lot of fun and enjoy the RP,like it's meant to be.So I want to instill that mentality into my students,and of course make them great RP'ers.

Why do you want the position?:

Well, I have been trying to become a senpai for a good six months now and the reason has remained the same; to teach. I would like to help the rp'ers that have hardly any training as I know what its like to not have any training. It took me months to finally find a teacher and master my first element and nobody should wait that long to get into the Rp. I am also on here for the majority of the day and thus will be able to reply to training at least a few times a day. Now for a more personal reason, teachers usually have a better understanding of the cannon jutsu and=would help me immensely as I only use cannon techs. It would also help to have a great understanding cannon when looking at other fights and to know that someone isnt using a tech right and to correct them on it.

Why do you want to be my senpai?:

Well, you seem like an easy going guy and easy to get along with and thus, being your senpai it would be easier to develop a bond. Other than that theres no real reason.

Tell me a little about yourself:

Well, I have been Rp'ing for almost 21 months. While I did start out slow I belive it helped to get a better understanding of the rp and I gained a lot of knowledge before I even had a element mastered. For the past 5 months I have been a wood shiso and have taught a handful of students and that gives me a little bit of teaching experince under my belt. I plan to go for sensei once I master tai and once I pass the wood sage mode test, but thats still a long ways off and right now I need to take the necessary steps to achieves two of my biggest goals and becoming your senpai will be a big step in the right direction.

Why*do*you*want*the*position?: Why do you want the position: Greetings shinta sensei and before I fully start this section of my application I would like to thank you for opening application and giving us role-players the opportunity to be a sempai. Teaching is defined in most dictionaries as the “impacting of knowledge unto someone or imbedding ones knowledge of things into another person’s” and that is what I want to do, I do not seek any perks or demand any training from you only the sempai name, you see I have for several months now since mastered and fulfilled all the requirements needed to apply for senseiship but I have restrained myself on more than one occasion to do so, not only is it my goal to become a sempai which you can visibly see on my profile but another important factor which I put into consideration is the “experience” gaining this experience now is crucial and would help me better prepare for the role of senseiship when I eventually apply and hopefully become one, I remember not too long ago that you too were once a sempai of adachi sensei and im sure you can say that even in the smallest of ways being a sempai helped you become a better sensei and such is what I want to achieve and gain if I’m chosen to hold this position.

Tell*me*a*little*about*yourself My name is thunderbolt, Norbert in real life though, and I joined this role playing forum 2 years ago precisely on september 2011, I have trained with many reputable senseis and moderators and have mastered the basic 5, ninjutsu ,Genjutsu,taijutsu and kenjutsu. My goal is to one day posses the mangekyo sharingan and to become a sensei, I am already at my second tomoe and I am training In my 3t so hopefully once done I will already be a sempai and then apply for senseiship and when I become one I will take the test and pass, my fighting style revolves around the usage of sharigan and the crystalline elements I am more of a mid ranged fighter than short ranged which is one of the categories I need to work on, In battle I prefer the usage of canons to custom techniques as I feel I have a more than average understanding of its techniques and how to use it appropriately.

To be honest, I could list down a 100 reasons why I feel you should choose me but I won’t pester you with such nor would time permit me such. Although Not mandatory i have written out little notes on chakra and the basic 5 elements.

Chakra can be defined as or is said to be ones physical energy present in everybody cell where as the spiritual energy is gained through hard work and training. Through mediums such as hand seals chakra can be molded and used to create techniques and jutsu , most ninjas have two or one affinity to an element ie sasuke affinity to fire and lighting and naruto affinity to wind, the system that is responsible for the channeling of chakra in the body is the chakra pathway system, it has similar functions to what blood vessels such as veins and arteries do for humans, along the chakra pathway there are 361 nodes which control the flow of one’s chakra in one body.

Wind Release: Wind is the flow of gases on a large scale across the surface of the earth it consists of the bulk movement of the earth. Whereas in naruto,wind is one of the basic 5 elemental nature transformations it is created by making ones chakra as sharp and thin as possible, it is weak to fire the wind increases the strength of the flames and it is strong against lightning as it can blow it away. Its commonly used by the ninjas of sunagakure and some other users are naruto and asuma.

Fire Release: Fire is created or caused as a result of rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion which releases heat light and other various products and gases. It requires oxygen to burn. Fire is also one of the basic 5 elemental nature transformations and is commonly used by the people of the uchiha clan who excel in it, it is performed by moulding superheated chakra inside the stomach before releasing it through the lungs and from the mouth. Its users are sasuke and itachi, It is weak to water as water can extinguish its flames and it is strong against wind as wind increases the strength and power of the flames.

Lightning Release: Lightining is a massive electrostatic discharge between the electrically charged regions within the clouds or between the surface of the earth or a cloud. Lightning release similar to fire and wind is also one of the basic 5 elemental nature transformations that allows the user to create lightning through increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra allowing for piercing damage and fast movements. Its users are sasuke and kakashi and it is strong against earth as it radiates heat which allows the earth to be cut through and is weak to wind as wind can be used to disperse the lighting. It is mostly performed by ninjas of kumogakure

Water Release: It is a chemical compound with the chemical formula H20. A molecule of water contains
One oxygen and two atoms of hydrogen connected by covalent bonding. It along with wind, fire and lightning is one of the basic 5 elemental nature transformations and is created through an exisiting water source or through the user body by turning his chakra to water. The ninjas of kirikagure are mostly connected with the usage of the water elements and some of them are the mizukage mei and kisame. It is weak to earth as earth is more dense than water and cannot be easily overcomed by it, water is strong against fire as it can neutralize the flames.

Earth Release: Earth or rocks are naturally occurring solid particles of one or more minerals or mineraloids. Along with wind, fire, lighting and water. Earth, is also one of the basic 5 elemental nature transformations that allows the user to manipulate the surrounding eartha round him for defensive or offensive purpose it can be used to form/create muds or rock boulders. It is commonly used by the ninjas of iwagakure and is weak to lighting as lightning radiates heat from it and ahs cutting capabilities which can tear apart the earthen particles and its is strong against water as it is more dense than water and the flow of water cannot easily overcome it.

Why do you want the position?:
I would like to be a sempai because i really like the idea of teaching. It makes me feel happy and would make me want to come on the base more often so i can reply to my students, the thought of even having students make me happyand i fell like with the teachers i had, teaching people wouldnt be a problem. I've aimed at being a sempai for so long that basically being a sempai has become my first aim and its a step to getting to my true goal which is to become a sensei just like you and thats all i have say.
Why do you want to be my senpai?:
Well for starters its you. To be honest out of all the sempai applications i singed up for none of them really mattered cause the idea at that time was to become a sempai(hence a step closer to becoming a sensei), the truth is, if there's any ones sempai i want to be its yours, we can take a trip down memory lane on how much i want to be YOUR sempai and other reasons why i would but i'll let you do that if you want; Hint(you'll be my Orochimaru and i'll be your kabuto) with that said being your sempai would really mean a lot to me and to be honest all i can say is you know how much i would really like to be your sempai.
Tell me a little about yourself:
Experience in RP: My experience in RP sometimes its quite fascinating and sometimes its not. I hate it when i make mistakes in spars, like using a jutsu incorrectly or forgetting to properly describe my series of attack or something like that. it really pisses me off cause whenever that happens i feel like i am unfit for a position of sempai talk less oof sensei But then again everyone makes mistakes once in a while. I enjoy My training time, for me its the best time on NB cause the excitement of learning something new and being able to use it in battle just makes me tickle. I also enloy RP without the spars and stuff, like the village i'm in. Everyone is cool and almost every have the time to come on and talk about stuff and all. sometimes i spend minutes just refreshing my Village page so i can see a reply from someone.
About yourself: There's really nothing i can say, i am a true and proud scorpio, gaining all the attributes which all scorpios posses, like being Loyal, Passionate, Resourceful, Observant and Dynamic, i'm extremely loyal to my friends and all, but i also gain the bad qualities which are Jealous, Obsessive, Suspicious, Manipulative, vengeful...Yeah Zzz i am very obsessive like how i am obsessed with becoming a sempai or a sensei. i like to see things true, i hate quiting and yeah i'm into astrology and the Zodiac.

Why do you want the position?:

-Well,being a senpai is like the first big step before becoming a sensei.I want to become a sensei,so this would the perfect opportunity to gain experience in teaching and how it feels to give back the knowledge you gained when being taught the basic 5.Being a senpai also helps you gain a better understanding of jutsu,that might have overlooked.Teaching,I want to be able to teach and feel how it is like and help those new to the RP.I remember respecting the ones who taught me when I was a noob a tad bit more the others lol (Tosen,Better,Nathan,Korra and Adachi)

Why do you want to be my senpai?:

-Hmm,except that you are my Kage,it would be great being beneath a sensei who knows as much as you.You are a great RP'er,without customs and such,just your knowledge and the way you RP with Fuu is epic.

Tell me a little about yourself :
( Experiences in the RP, have you been a senpai before, how long have you been RP'ing and anything else you prefer to speak about.

-I started the RP in march 2013 and I took some time to read through fights,RP threads in general actually,to gain some understanding of how it all works.I came across Kerrah's thread where Gobi taught him everything,it looked like so much fun! Being the teacher and having students that look to you for wisdom.I also had great senpai/sensei teach me the basic 5,and I would like to make them proud if I become a senpai (Tosen <_> ).So I haven't been senpai before.I also became a Nekura and mastered a few other things like Shadows,Kenjutsu etc.Also,I recently spoke to the Pervy Sage,he told me that I should have a lot of fun and enjoy the RP,like it's meant to be.So I want to instill that mentality into my students,and of course make them great RP'ers.
