Hebi ketsugō Shīru - Snake Binding Seal
Type: Offensive
Rank: A-rank

Description: Similar to Hidden Shadow Snake Hands, the user manifest two snakes to shoot out from their sleeve towards the target, however instead of biting they immediately begin to coil there way around the them. While coiling the snakes will merge with the target, turning into snake-looking fuuinjutsu seals that continue to coil around the targets arms or legs with the open mouths of the snake coming to rest either side of the neck. The seals prevent the opponent from summoning toads and using toad related ninjutsu, including Frog Kata for the duration of the seal.
Notes:
- Lasts four turns or until removed by another fuuinjutsu.
- Can only be used three times per match.
- No Snake ninjutsu/summoning or fuuinjutsu on the turn after this jutsu is used.
- Must know the snake summoning and snake ninjutsu to be able to use.
- Can only be taught by Shinta

In all honesty, a rather simply seal that plays off the canon relationship between snakes and toads in the Naruto-verse. The aim of this seal is to prevent a Toad Sage Mode user from using Frog Kata and summoning Toads for the duration of the seal.

To break this down into the key components of fuuinjutsu:

Target of the Seal: The connection between target and toads themselves, along with Frog Kata.
The Medium/Vessel: The vessels are the two snakes you release from your sleeve, once they take on their tattoo form, the seal is in place.
Trigger: The trigger of this seal is the actions of the snake; they have to grab your target and coil around the limb in order to activate the seal.
The Binding: The Binding aspect of this seal are the snakes in tattoo form; the tattoos serve as both the medium and binding of the seal.
Chakra: The chakra used for this seal is the basic cost of activating this jutsu, as such it only last the four turns until the seal weakens to the point of disappearing.

Only question is if the opponent was in Toad SM when I used this on them could they still use SM jutsus or is it they can as long as their not frog related ones?

It'll only stop use of Frog Kata, anything else they would still be able to use. Likewise if they already have a toad out on the field, they can still utilise that summon but they wouldn't be able to summon anything new.
