Its obviously pretty hard trying to compare the size of two enormous figures but if we examine closely i think its quite apparent that the meteor pales in comparison to the size of shinsuusenju
see here that onoki's jinton is about half the size of the meteor
and here is a comparison between a perfect susanoo and the meteor
madaras susanoo is larger than the meteor or just as tall
another look at it...
madara is practically a speck on top of his susanoo covering kurama, just as onoki is a speck compared to the meteor
i think we can safely assume that the meteor and madara's perfect susanoo are close to the same size
so...
if we compare kurama covered susanoo to the shinsuusenju...
then i think we can come to the conclusion that shinsuusenju is colossal compared to the meteor
if this wasnt established already...

Although Shinsuusenju is probably the biggest jutsu in the whole series in terms of size and a Meteor may be as big as PS at full size but he only has a chance if he drops more than 2 and if they are coming at great speed. O_O By the way, it's not the thousand hands Madara should be aiming for anyway but rather the statue in the centre.
