Personality
He is ruthless, and does not hesitate to punish insubordination with death, as many experienced first-hand. Takasugi has a burning hatred for the world that. This hatred seems to have originated from the loss of his mentor, as Takasugi wants to destroy the world that took away his teacher. Takasugi is also treacherous and is often seen with a ruthless eyes or an insane smile.

Background Information
Shinsuke was born in Konohagakure as a proud member of the prestigious Hyuga clan in a period of time where blood was continuously shed, famously known as "The Third Shinobi War". As Shinsuke grew up in the horrific scenes, his parents on a short notice decided to evacuate him to safety which Shinsuke at first attempted to resist as he was only 12 but realised it was for his best and eventually agreed to it, although with grief. Therefore saying his final brief words to his family, he realised all he could do was explore the world which was originally his dream but he certainly didn't expect such circumstances forcing him to do it but after stumbling past many town, he ventured into the the Land of Iron, where the residents welcomed his arrival with pleasure, making him yet again, at last, feel at home, something he felt deprived off ever since leaving his family sometime ago who's status he was still unaware of and wished for the best. For these precise reasons, Shinsuke decided to reside here and learned their samurai ways and dreamed of being able to see his parents again in the foreseeable future. The tough upbringing impacted him as he grew up in Land of Iron and resulted in him being emotionally scarred for life and due to this fact he has become sadistic and isn't afraid to kill anyone.
