Doesn't it looks like a women or figure is hugging him from the back??

You can clearly see that "figure" wrapping its arms around his neck. And the figure is emitting shadows.

Why I say its a women is because most scary women tend have that tendency (The hugging you from the back and then whispering something in your ear type).

Most likely this "Game" is a game of death. And anyone caught within its range becomes a player no exceptions. That would be the only way to kill this "God" stenritter who at the moment cant be touched.

Thoughts?

It does have serious drawbacks read the translation, double suicide. Shunsui's not leaving this battle alive.

I dont know if its so much the drawbacks because he was willing to use it against stark but was stopped by Utikake.

It seems that he cant control who plays the "game" when its his bankai. And maybe it might mean that only player escape alive or something like that. Thats why he's so concerned and tried his best to get as far away from everyone in the chapter so it wouldn't reach them.

Nah, not where only one can get out or he wouldn't have tried to use it around utikake. I think it wont exactly be like a game, close to it though, cause it has to heavily land in shunsuis favor.

Bankai's are always similar to the shikai in one form or another. Same attribute, same style etc.
It has to be a death game where normal laws dont apply (Sort of Like Laws Room in OP) otherwise he won't be able to hurt the stenritter who is apparently immortal at the moment.

Definitely a death game of some type. Like others have said, it cant leave only one alive, and it has to be something that shunsui thinks would give him an advantage over stark even with so many allies around (or maybe he wasn't thinking of them and ukitake reminded him to and shunsui think ukitake can handle it) so in other words i am sure it is very tricky and and you need to know the rules to play it well of course and you need very high skills.

My guess is it is a self harm game. the more you do damage to yourself, the more the enemies take.

Like someone said all bankais are similar to their shikais in one form or another so am betting this bankai is like his shikai but with a lot more binding power and range plus it's has to be something that creates a game so real and much more powerful that the ones in the shikai form
