It's good. But if you want a short summary...It's about the original meaning of Akatsuki and how it went from good to evil.
It seems to take place right after Madara dies and Obito is still in a the spiral zetsu acting like Madara and Obito trying to make Nagato and the group achieve "peace". Also Danzo being an ass.
