which on is better in term of battle, versatility and overall effectiveness.

I would pick Sakura's attack just because she can increase the level of energy she puts out with minimum effort instantly, and doens;t need any sort of prep.

I like the air palms as well, but they can only get but so powerful without a helping hand attack from the others/

Gai's attack is powerful but utimately ends in death or being crippled and isn't promised to kill all of the targets, (see might dai and madara)

I prefer shinra tensi fist because it is powerful but u can sometimes exhausted so the air palm gentle fist is more effective for low Chakra shinobi.
