I'm pretty sure in terms of deadliness chibaku tensei is the more dangerous one, cause like stated
above:
You get caught in it = certain death.

Though the thing that makes shinra tensei so dangerous is u can't defend against it (it has no weak point, except for the intervals)
and that is something chibaku tensei DOES have (gravitational core)

so either way they're both pretty dangerous.
