If there was no limit on ST then Deva wouldve been using boss sized ST throughout the battle thus annihilating naruto,,,,KN6 is not resisting ST that knocked down 3 boss sized summons in one go,,,, besides Pein had SM naruto pinned down the minute deva was rejuvenated anyways,,
