if you are referring to any of the tbb then you are wrong becoz when tendo path used shinra tensei naruto with six tails was able to push nagato out of his jutsu a tbb can really obliterate tendo pain
he even avoided by using a whole big rock on the tbb ball in the anime which is 167 or something

There is no conceivable way that Pain's Shinra Tensei can beat the TBB. The TBB is on an entirely different level.

If it is the Pain...as in the six paths and the Yahiko body using the tech then no he can't repel a TBB. If it is Nagato himself healthy and fine he can deflect a normal TBB(most likely). If it is the Sage himself then yes
