Shinra Tensei subtracting the intervals

How strong would the Six Paths of Pain be if Deva Path's Shinra Tensei had no intervals at all? Who would they be able to beat? Who wouldn't they be able to beat. Would Deva Path had defeated Naruto and decrease the time before the Ten Tails resurrection?
