Hello guys 
I would like to talk about Shinra Tensei(Almighty Push ) Technique and point why this technique is understimated/underrated these days... also I will try to prove that it's full potential is yet to be seen.
Shinra Tensei is the Deva Path's ability to manipulate repulsive force (斥力, sekiryoku) at the user's will to push matter or ninja techniques away.[1] Depending on the amount of force the user puts in this technique, it can easily shatter wood, bones, metal, or stone walls. By using this technique as a defensive measure, all attacks directed to the user will be deflected, no matter the size, power or mass. It can also be used to repel flames caught on the user's body.[2] The only downside to this technique is that there is a short period when it is unusable after being used.[3] The minimal time period is about five seconds,[4] but it varies depending on the amount of power put into the attack.[5]

^^ Naruto stated that strength and speed of the techniques are on a WAY HIGHER LEVEL NOW.
It means Nagato's use of Six paths of The Rinnegan techniques > Pain's use of six paths of the Rinnegan techniques.
Nagato was even hindered/restricted from using Giant scale Shinra Tensei by Kishi... maybe Kishi thought it would be over kill....
Keep in mind that Nagato was not natural wielder of The Rinnegan and he lacked Senjuu DNA.

What about Madara, who has not only Senjuu DNA but also awake the Rinnegan himself !
Just imagine power of the most powerfull version of Shinra Tensei used by Madara.
IMO, Madara's full power of Shinra Tensei could be > Perfect Sussano on Madara's level
Do you think it is now OP ?, then tell me what it could be when it was used by:
1) Pre/Post Ten tails Host Sage of six paths ?
IMO Juubiless SOSP's most powerfull version of shinra tensei could be > Shin Suu Senjuu
2) Ten tails Host Obito ?
Ten tails Host Obito's most powerfull version of shinra tensei could be > Second form Ten tails's casual Tailed beast bomb
3) Ten tails Host Sage of six paths ?
Ten tails Host Sage's most powerfull version of shinra tensei could be> Final Form's casual tailed beast bomb...

Summary :
- Shinra Tensei wasn't used to it's full potential yet
- Nagato, who's strength of six paths techniques far surprassed Pein using six paths Techniques was FORBIDDEN FROM USING GIANT SCALE SHINRA TENSEI/THE MOST POWERFULL SHINRA TENSEI
- Nagato's use of The Rinnegan > Pain use of The Rinnegan
- Nagato who lacked Senju DNA and was NOT even original wielder of the Rinnegan was so powerfull that kishi put limits on him
- Rinnegan Obito's, Madara's, Ten tails less host Sage's, Ten tails Host Obito's and Ten tails host Sage's version of Shinra Tensei could be much more powerfull then even Nagato's !
- Rinnegan Obito's full power of Shinra Tensei could be > Final Sussano and casual Tailed beast bomb
- Madara's full power of Shinra Tensei could be > Perfect Sussano on Madara's level/ PS slash
- Juubiless SOSP's most powerfull version of shinra tensei could be> Shin Suu Senjuu's destructive power
- Ten tails Host Obito's most powerfull version of shinra tensei could be> Second form Ten tails's casual Tailed beast bomb
- Ten tails Host Sage's most powerfull version of shinra tensei could be> Final Form's casual tailed beast bomb
- The Rinnegan is underrated/undersitimated but even then Kishi had to restrict some Rinnegan powers and not allow to use it's full potential
