The Bold part is just dependent on the chakra output. The more chakra you put in the stronger it is. We can't give it a no limits fallacy type hype when it clearly doesn't warrant that. We've already seen that any force equal to or stronger than it can neutralize or overpower it.

I wouldn't stick so closely to those requirements. The Data book was made before it was even confirmed that Sasuke can use Deva. It takes the power of the senju to even handle the rinnegan so yang release is definitely there.

Anyway, the databook is all about jutsu confirmed in manga so what can u do. :vincent:
