Where in that translation does it say only Nagato can use it bud, and doesn't the data book only cover up to like 691, which is before Sasuke started showcasing the other paths.. From the rennigan he got like a day ago

Only those who can manipulate all chakra transformation properties (seishitsu) legendary “Rinnegan” wielders are allowed to posses this jutsu that has all rights to be called “crystal-perfect”.

Where have I used fan faction mate? I've only inquired why it would be believed only Nagato had access to and not other rennigan users. You seem to be confused, I'm aware Sasuke is unable to use it before 699. I'm trying to find out why he would be unable to have obtained somewhere in between the time skip

Shinra Tensei is probably my favorite jutsu in the manga.

If Juubi Jin Madara had been allowed to use it, the manga would have probably been over.

guys calm down and take it easy I didnt wanted to create shitstorm among users.

Basically requirements for shinra tensei are:
- having rinnegan and being adapted to it
- having all elemnts: yin rlease, yang release, wind, fire, earth, lightinng and water.

Only two people meet these requirements: Nagato and Hagoromo.

Sasuke lacks yang release. Obito lacks yin release for example.

I also find it ridiculous that Madara and Sasuke were not listed. However databook iv seems to have some errors as Madara is only listed as ps user.

Keep in mind that databook is made by kishi editors and it is on up to 691 chapter. Another important note is that it was rough translation not official one.
