So shinra tensei destroys everything in its path?
But what would happen if 2 shinra tenseis clashed? could technically be possible by having one rinnegan in one eye and one rinnegan in someone else.

What about the other moves? Does one eye of the rinnegan allow the user to posses all rinnegan jutsus?

Can anyone have rinnegan ( if transplanted)? Could sakura have rinnegan?!?

Yeah,Nagato often switched Rinnengan with Konan,then clashed Shinra Tensei.

The Rinnegan are so rare that it's really never an Issue. There have only been 2 real pairs of Rinnegan, The SO6P's and Madara's. However I'd assume that whoever was more powerful would win.

For example: SO6P's Chibaku Tensei>>>>>Nagato's Chibaku Tensei
I assume that the same goes for Shinra Tensei as well.

Obito told Kabuto that he could use the Ninegendou (Human Path) on Yamato. He also agreed with Kakashi's analysis, when the Copy Ninja explained why Obito wouldn't waste chakra using techniques his enemies prepared counters for, because he needed his chakra to control the Tailed Beast.

The main reason why he isn't using it: Plot no Jutsu

Kamui, Shinra Tensei and Preta Path is an unstoppable combination.
