Okay then; i would say Lee because he endured a lot throghout his lifetime(those bullying and degrading people and him lacking many abilities); and he is not letting anything getting the way of him being a great ninja. He is always kind and respectful to his opponents and others; that's i find sometihng respectable. Also not holding grudges and him leaving the pass behind (Ex: he said he did not hold grudges to Gaara himself) and always being nice and protecting his friends are some of the things "the ninja world" lacks. He can not use basic ninjutsu, maybe he is too naive and he showes his emotions; those properties were what defined a "ninja" at first; but he had shown how to be great ninja without all those common definations. I think he goes well with Hashirama's defination: "a ninja is someone who endures for his/her goal"Was too lazy to put more names in the poll, but feel free to name other ninjas and state your reasons.
