Shinobi World War ARC,worst arc on Naruto?

The writing is good. Not Chuunin Exams or Naruto vs Sasuke good, but still awesome. The pace though...ugh.

At least now (although I think it's technically Ten Tails Revival Arc?) there are some relevant developments, but it's still unbelievably slow in the manga, especially considering it's the climax.
