Shinobi who can survive against Tail Beast Bomb

I wonder shinobi who can survive against TBB is strong or extremely strong or extremely lucky.
Here is the list of them:
- Hashirama, using his mokuton he deflect Kyubi TBB;
- Minato, using space/time barrier he send Kyubi TBB some where. If he can mark the Tail beast with his seal, it will be interesting when he sends it back;
- Orochimaru, survive against 4 tail Kyubi TBB using Sanju Rashomon;
- Pain tendo, but he survive before 6 tail Kyubi TBB perfected;
- Third Raikage, survive against Hachibi TBB. Probably Lightning armor save him;
- Suigetsu, using his water jutsu survive against Hachibi TBB. Perhaps he is lucky because his team save him after the blast.

Any other shinobi can do ?

Most of them are kage level shinobi, but I don't think Suigetsu is on that level.

one thing for sure im sure its impossible to absorb that much chakra even orochimaru stated that anyone one win that much amount of chakra is bound to die so i dont think madara technically absorbed it

Dude, Madara absorbed Oonokis Jinton attack. The Preta Path lets you absorb an infinite amount of chakra anyway.

Yeah he can definitely, he couldn't counter multiple bombs like Naruto but kamui would do th job well for one.

Pretty much any member Akatsuki since they each have taken on a tailed beast and survived, and the TBB is the most basic attack for a tailed beast.

1. Deidara survived against Gaara, three-tails Naruto, and the Three Tails (if you are counting anime filler)
2. Kisame survived against Bee and captured the Four Tails.
3. Tobi survived against the Three Tails (same as above)
4. Hidan took down the Two Tails jinchuriki in full beast form
5. Kakuzu was survived a battle with the Two Tails, but I think he just watched
6. Nagato/Pain survived captured the Six Tails and survived against Naruto when he detained up to 8 tails before the full Kyuubi managed to break out of his jutsu

We didn't get to see all of them fight, but it is likely that the Five and Seven Tails was captured by the two other members of Akatsuki that were not shown to have captured their targets. Sasori was likely assigned the Five Tails and Kakuzu probably took down the Seven Tails, with Orochimaru and Itachi originally being tasked with the Eight and Nine Tails. This would mean that at least two other member of Akatsuki survived battles with Jinchuriki, and since Naruto is the only one not able to fully call upon his tailed beast, then it can be assumed that they would have survived against a full on tailed beast.
