Gaara and Naruto: Neither Naruto nor Gaara could kill each because of the special bond they had a jinchuriki's and friends later on also they may not be on the same tier but current Gaara would give naruto a helluva run for his money(IMO).

Kakashi and Gai: Incredble bond of friendship. I doubt they would even attempt such a bout.

Suigetsu and Kimmimaro

Kimimaro cant touch Suigetsu because he turns into water his taijutsu/kenjutsu is useless easy win for Suigetsu
