This is my new series called Shinobi Strategy and this is basically a thread series where I give any type of justus to you and I give you an enemy with any type of justus. And you tell me a strategy of how you will defeat that enemy 
You are a Genin knowing a S-Rank Justu called Rotating Ferocious Wind(link below to know what the justu is) You are a Genin that is very smart and pretty much lazy.
You have an enemy right in front of you and he is a Chunin who is very lazy too but atleast has a 195 and has a habit of throwing kunais. This Chunnin only has one justu which is Flying Thunder God.
Now, how will you get out this situation?? :/
