Is this even a contest? Gaara's dad is by far the wirst father in the entire Narito series at least all the other Dad's on that list tried to be good parents or at least didn't go out if their way to constantly abuse their child mentally and physically

That aside, Gaara's dad was trash. He attempted to kill his kid 7 times and used him as a tool to make people fear and resent him. He created a weapon of mass murder out of Gaara. He also did everything wrong compared to Minato. Minato sealed Yang Kurama within Naruto because he believed that one day he would be able to control his power, Gaara's dad doesn't even give the opportunity for his son to grow and more importantly he deprived him of his mom's love something that no other dad has done. Even Sasuke in terms of being a bad father doesn't compare to this guy.
