Shinobi of the past compared to the shinobi of now

It seems like Hashirama, Tobirama, Madara were different compared to the Minato+ era. it was before a time where we had impressive Uchiha genjutsu like Itachi and Shisui's .Are there any shinobi that compare to those jutsu of those three?

-Comparing Hashi, Madara and Tobirama to the current best?
-I would say Naruto and Sasuke
--I say this because those 2 are 16/17 years old and are easily the top tier they have the power to be equal or greater than their forefathers.

Those three were very special, rare golden eggs of shinobi. The only shinobi I could compare to the three is Nagato, who could have been even more dangerous were it not for his legs. He is the only other who prepares impressive displays of ninjutsu, but rightly so! Give an Uzumaki the rinnegan and twenty years to train with it and you have yourself a G-class shinobi (that's what comes after S in rank for some reason).

Madara, Tobirama, and Hashirama were part of the war torn period before the leaf was founded. They had to fight everyday of their lives. Even when they were quite young. Also being born to a closer period to Rikudou sennin's time. Their generation was closer in relation. Even Madara claimed Shinobi back then were more stronger than shinobi now.

It's not really comparable, but they are a by-product of their environment. Constant fighting needs expertise and gives experience. And thus, the need for more powerful techniques. Naruto and Sasuke will obviously surpass Hashirama and Madara. At 16 they are both top 10 Shinobi (with one being top 4) and theoretically would stomp he 16 year old incarnations of Madara and Hashirama. The rest of the generation (Naruto's) will gain obscene experience from the war and in turn make it comparable to Madara and Hashirama's.

For those few yes it was a produtct of their enviroment, but if not for Madara, Nagato wouldn't be who he was...

Constant pursuit of power and growth has served Those 3 well for their ages. They pretty much have constantly waged their own mini wars.

The new gen. would probably turn out to be stronger because they are younger but the older generation created the shinobi world for the younger generation and they have more knowledge and they're bloodline is closer to the six sage but it seems knowledge has been passed down so in the end the younger gen. will be the kings
