Shinobi concept of war

So the thing that has bothered me most about the war has been the fact that the wars is already in its final stages and it has only lasted on day....I get the fact that there is war in terms of the size and scale of countries/ shinobi involved, but how can you really call it a war when it only lasts two days (I understand the war isn't over, but all that's left is Madara and Obito)...anyone else bothered by that?!
