Shinobi capable of all elements

Now that we know nearly all shinobi (including even fodders) are able to use the 5 basic elements at a poor level if they know the seals, excluding their affinity, is it now going to be tougher to debate vs battles? We now don't know if a ninja has a jutsu that's an element that can beat out the opponent. Perhaps the jutsu is too weak it can't over come really anything?

I think every shinobi inherently has the ability to call forth all nature transformations... which was a very stupid retcon by Kishi in my eyes. Even if the difference is negligible, it's still something... this essentially negates the usefulness of the Rinnegan to call forth all ninjutsu...

umm we already knew for a long as.k time that they can use all elements. the difference in this case is they dont got the chakra for the techniqe,seals, or affinity thats why its weak

You have one affinity but you have to train to use techniques and its harder to train when you don't have an affinity.
Kakashi for example doesn't only use D rank suitons and Dotons
The Third Hokage as well.

No its nothing like the rinnengan and it doesnt make elemental matchups useless. The ability to use all 5 natures is very very lacking to the point its pointless for most. the rinnengan allows someone to master all 5.

I think, unless you have the Rin'negan, you can't go past like C-Rank for a Nature Transformation that isn't your affinity.
