Yukio walks into the battlefield and passively activates his Byakugan in the blink of an eye. He is able to do this because of mastering his Gentle Fist training and having held the ability for a long time. Then, he gathers earth chakra in his mouth and transforms it into a sticky blob of thick mud. He fires it into Shino's mouth, choking him him. While Shino is choking, Yukio looks into his eyes, casting a genjutsu on him. The genjutsu makes Shino think that leaves are swirling around him. After the leaves have cleared, Shino sees his greatest fear, shocking him and causing him to faint. While Shino is unconscious, Yukio gathers a large amount of lightning chakra inside his body and releasing it around himself, shaping it into a large dragon-shaped vortex. He launches it at the opponent where it hits them and electrocutes them.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Description: The user performs two handseals causing it to appear as if a swirl of leaves surrounds the opponent. The swirl eventually falls away, and after a few seconds, the opponent sees the image of whatever they fear the most, shocking them and potentially causing them to faint.

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Shino sees his opponnent activate his byakugan he thinks to himself 'old people rely on their clan power only but i dont that my nindo' then he sees the man stretch shoot something like a mud shot to his mouth he quickly stretch his hand forward and realease multiple fire shots(20) at the man to explode one impact and one of the fire shots to cancel the mudshot

After seeing the fireballs heading towards him, Yukio uses earth chakra to raise the ground around him, creating a dome of earth around him that shields him from the fireballs. The fireballs would probably explode and destroy most of the shield, but Yukio would be left unharmed. Yukio then uses earth chakra to create a clone made of rock. He names it Rock. Despite always being happy, Yukio forces himself to feel overwhelming murderous intent towards his opponent. He wanted to kill him now. He looks directly at Shino and uses his chakra to force his murderous feelings onto his body, paralysing him with fear as he are shown gruesome images of their own death. Because of their difference in rank, Genma is completely paralysed, freezing his body completely. Yamato keeps focusing on the opponent to keep him paralysed.

Description: The user surrounds themselves with earth, taken from the immediate vicinity, in order to fabricate a formation of rock that is capable of protecting both the user and others in close proximity, if desired. Doing so, seemingly leaves the surrounding terrain unaltered, even when the quantity of earth used is enough to form a complete dome around multiple individuals as seen when Ittan used this technique. The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.

Description: The user creates their clone out of stone that he spits from his mouth. Unlike other types of clones the rock clones don’t disappear after being defeated but rather crumble like rubble. These clones can also be used to create a clone of other people than themselves but do not take on the abilities of the copied person. They can use up to C-Rank Earth techniques and are very resistant to physical damage such as that from Taijutsu which they can endure up to B-Rank.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

As shino sees the dome rise he quickly creates a clone which runs towards yukio and brings out two kunais then he sees a clone beside yukio he quickly throws the kunais at yukio one targeting his forehead and one targeting his hearth,while this is happening shino feels his body is paralyzed.

Seeing the kunai heading towards him, Rock (Yukio's clone) focuses earth chakra into the ground, creating a wall of earth to deflect the kunai, while Yukio is still focusing on Shino to paralyse him. Rock then channels earth chakra into his mouth, spitting a big glob of mud that hardens into a large rock that rises from the ground and slams into Shino, causing damage to him. Shino wouldn't have been able to defend against the rock. Once Shino is hit, Yukio stops focusing on Shino, ending the paralysation.

Description: The user manipulating their chakra will point their palm or fist at the opponent, creating a large rock on it which he then sends at the opponent. As yukio's clone deflect the kunai shino clone moves to shino's right unto the water source then shino waits for yukio's attack as he cant move them he sees a hard rock coming towards him he waits for it immediately the time then he immediately commands his bugs to form a dome around him which protects him from the rock this blocks yukio's connection and the rock will make a small opening in the dome.shino quickly switches position with his clone in an instant unknown to yukio he then builds up his katon chakra and makes one handseals then he creates 20 flame ghost ten for yukio and ten for his clone

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. The technique is a mix between high speed movement and the use of the transformation technique but has its limits.
