YUP! About time they got back to cool War Arc Fights!!!! Seeing the Second Division fight is always epic (well...Shino is 5th, but him being with the Second Division).

Regarding how he worded it, Shino seems to have had the bug "in his system" the whole time. The only time they are useful is when they are fed large amounts of chakra to exponentially grow.
