lol i'm a shino fan so i'll say why he wins [so glad i found this thread]
1.Shino - it's already been shown that 2 vs 1 isn't always effective against shino (kankuro + puppet vs shino). and shino is the strongest member of his team. kiba said even he wouldn't want to fight him. (therefore shino > kiba +akamaru). beating someone like shino to a pulp isn't exactly very plausible.
2. Shino - same as before. brute strength is nothing compared to shino's tactics and intelligence. i'd even venture to say that this would be the easiest of his fights.
3. Shino - hmmmm this was a very hard on in fact. but in this case, shino's bug sphere would be a better defense that neji's rotation. shino doesn't have to move, meaning most of his attention would be on gathering his next few moves, and analyzing the opponents playing style. Shino has a time factor here, neji didn't. Another thing neji didn't have...clones...kidomaru hasn't shown any feats to see through clones. one bug clone is all that is needed to lure kidomaru's attention away and firing a long range shot, long enough for shino to get his bugs on him (because kidomaru would be, in fact, standing still when firing the shot) enough of him lol
4. Shino - ehhh shino's bugs are unaffected by genjutsu. they also don't need shino to be active in order for them to still serve their purpose. the bugs could easily clog her flute. as easily as he assessed zaku's weapons in his arms, he could easily make out tayuya's main weapon is her flute and properly disarm it. this however, might take time. then again, shino has time on his side in his fights.
5. As for this...we haven't seen kimimaro when he isn't in his illness, so we don't know what his actual feats are...this however vs a sick kimimaro would be shino's most difficult fight. hmmm but another think gaara and lee lacked were again clones. all that is needed is for kimimaro to destroy a bug clone, and the bugs scatter over him. since he's already ill, his strength would be draining even more quickly. still a hard one though...
