Shino vs Neji, bugs vs byakugan.

Well while using the byakugan he has almost 360 grades od vision i think Neji will win . Because he can see the bugs trying to get to his blind spot and he can predict where the bugs are going . SHino won all his battles by hiding his bugs in special places to be used at the end of a battle . but that thing with neji its imposible because of hid byakugan .
what can neji use to kill shino bugs. neji can only go on to the offensive or attack someone if they are in range because he his a close range ninja..that mainly rely on taijutsu. the only way neji can touch shino is if shino just stood directly in front of neji. otherwise from that neji cannot, in no way harm shino
well do you forget what kakashi said about the byakugan ? Byakugan uses a totaly different battle tactic . It does not focus on damage , but at pin point accuracy . If you would look at the anime even hinata was able to stop VERY VERY VERY VERY MANY bugs coming at her . And she doesnt even manage to do the 128 hits of neji .
So neji with his pin-point accuracy can hit every bug he encounters .
Shino uses long range attacks and plus to that he attacks covering a large area and if only one bug out of like 100,000 bugs gets in in the area of the byakugans blind spot (which is likely to happen) it would serve as advantige to shino.
And also (this is only a guess) if it somehow happens so that a bug stays alive and was hit by nejis gentle fist,all the bugs would become immune to nejis gentle fist.

yes that was close range. neji cant use the byakugan and see shino's chakra point what he will see is just bugs. neji did that already in an episode when they were on a mission that they should not make any laugh. neji cant use rotation because thats raw chakra which the bugs eat. neji cant use 65/128 palms since all he will see is bugs no chakra point.neji only can harm shino if shino is near him(because he uses taijutsu).neji cant spin forever using rotation,that also leaves is body vulnerable because once the rotation finishes his body will still be in a circulating movement. a perfect battle with the byakugan useless in long range distance is the episode when neji was fighting the spider-man from he sound four. neji was hope because the spider-man use at a long range distance that he couldn't reach to attack.

I say Neji would win because he could just block them with his byakugan and attacks, but i understand where your coming from with shino winning

the byakugan sees an angle of 358 degrees. when shino sends his bugs neji would see them if he try to use rotation,which is raw chakra,the bugs would just suck it all. leaving neji hopeless. neji cannot use his hands and touch shino bugs because they will cover him up and again suck him dry. neji has no offensive or defensive moves against shino. its like itachi and orochimaru. shino is itachi and neji is orochimaru. no attacks that orochimaru possess can harm itachi . itachi himself told orochimaru that. neji is just a source of chakra to shino's bugs to devour.
XD bro i don't know if you saw all Naruto Episode but i guess if you do, you will understand that not only is Neji an Offensive time, he has one of the best and i mean BEST DEFFENCE, shno bugs has no Chance to make contact with Ration and Gaint Rotaion, and shino is not that type of guy like Sasuke or Naruto or anyother Offensive ninja to dig in grounds or fight hand to hand, becase to beat Neji you have to pass his Bline spots---->(only Uchiha's with Black flame has a chance.. and some other clans and lee Gates<--- but for Shino clan there bug times, and it would be hard for them to make contact with Neji.
for the bugs to suck his CHAKRA they need to make Contact - and ROTATION ALMOST has a mind of its own because its Triggers at close combat-- dont for get Neji is on JOunin lvl so my guess is his Skills and Rotation and Tri Grams are even better. lol put this Image in your head-- Bugs fly toward Neji he has 3 Opens Roation 168s which kinda makes him attack every singe bug in the Air, and i dont think Shino is a bug producer, he just have massive bugs living inside him.

but can he last in rotation long..do you even think what will happen the second he stop sniping..that leaves him vulnerable to any attack. the episode which the sound four vs neji that rotation lead to neji down fall. you u still haven't answer my question what jutsu/attack can he use to get shino/. he the bugs will suck the chakra out of he rotation all rotation does it to repel the opponent attacks. but the bugs are just going to simple land on the top, science explains that Every thing that spins has a point here were no spinning takes place. for example a fan at the middle/center no breeze is there, a hurricane no spinning or wind is at the eye. i repeat again for the last time neji Ned to get close to shino to attack him. when neji fought the spider man in the forest neji was hopeless, neji stop in the forest wondering what to do. even though he could see the man he could attack because all of the hyugaa clan / neji's attack are close range.

Have you ever consider that Neji got to be a jonin because he beat Shino and thats why Shino is a chunnin? Shino is a spy type Neji a fighter. Its like Shino bringing a knife to a gun fight. The power level are not the same.
I would say neji.. shino is a very good ninja, but as said before the power level difference between those two is to big for shino to fill. yes neji has a blind spot in his byakugan, but remember that he can rotate his head, and don't he have wind natured jutsus as well? he cant only have taijutsu..
ASS WIPE..take out the bugs with what..what jtusu ? and shino do have a defense ,bug clone and bugs globe shield(a big circle like the rotation it also spins). neji has to run up to shino to attack hi(thats a bad thing to do ) because neji is a close rage combat person
ANOTHER ASS WIPE...rank has nothing to do with powerful. naruto is a genin and im sure that he can beat neji.saskue is still a genin and he can beat neji. kabuto was classified as a jounin but he defeated tsunade. pain has no rank and he demolish tsunade. when chouji was a genin he defeated one of the sound four,same goes foe neji.saskue is till a genin and he almost defeated the raikage. orochimaru was a jounin(not sannin that was just a title)he defeated the 3rd hokage and the 3rd kazekage. itachi was a chunin that killed and dispatch of high rank ninjas such as his father his clan and kakashi, asuma and kurenai.rank has nothing to do with power. and for neji to win man was not in range of his attacks, even though he could see him as well.
first, the wind is a close range attack. second, the rotation is raw chakra,shino bugs can easily suck that. third, the rotation doesn't last for ever it also leaves his body vulnerable to attacks just after he done spinning because after the rotation disperse his body will still be in an oscillating movement which can easily be hit. fourth, all neji's attacks are close range. (doesn't work if shino is far from him). fifth, neji cannot allow to touch the bugs are it will be over soo fast before he even calls mama.
you do not even need to give a reason because i have already explain to them all that neji's attack or defense is useless against a man who can manipulate his bugs.they have not even given me any reason,a good one that it ,the only reason they say is that neji has a byakugan....DUH thats soo obvious.
