shino underrated

I think shino is a lot underrated....he is one of the most talented yougsters in konoha, and his bug army can attack an opponent without him being able to realise it and suck up his chakra. In my view, shino's bug techniques are quite hard to deal with....but still he is very much underrated. Shouldn't he be a lot stronger than what the author shows him to be?

I think the main reason he's underrated is because we barely get to see any of his techniques or fights.
I'd expect he's alot stronger than he appears to be, but we won't know for sure until it's shown.

And he's overall nothing special anyway.

I feel like he's capable of more than he has been shown to do. However, I don't know if we'd ever get to see a lot more of what he could do, especially with the war arc going in the direction it's currently headed.

he's great, but there's only so much Kishi could do with his abilities, unless he makes him have more than one kind of bug. His fight vs Zaku remains one of my very favourites though, great trash talk
