Do you think Shino's underrated?

Shino's Possibilities:

- Master Assassin: Insects could carry disease to a target with utmost subtlety.
- Master of Intel: Provided the climate was tropical, temperate, or arid, insects could gather quickly and keep Shino out
of harms way.
- Moderate Defence: Bugs could act as a shield or impair attacker's vision so he could escape.

Agreed. He's underrated, no doubt.
But then again his character hasn't been fully developed like a few of K11 or K12(which ever one it is). His intel, strategical skills + precautious battle fighting style in part 1 was definitely top notch shit. . .Ehhh, somewhere down the lines Kishi must of been like F it. There's already a Kakashi, Sasori and Itachi there's no need for a waterdowned replicated version of either.
