Found a new style to make a sig, and it's pretty fast and seems to produce decent sigs. So could I get this some CnC?

Actually, I stumbled upon it by myself. It's just enlarged imaged of the background. Then you duplicate the enlarged image and set it to filter>Distort>Wave Then you sit that layer to either vivid light/linear light depending on the sig. The time consuming part is getting the render's colors to look good with the bg.. But that's how you make the BG anyways..

don't know why but it looks LQ to me maybe it's just the render

looks pretty good, the render looks a bit low quality unless that is just caused by the effects you laid on top of it, but apart from that it is nice.

6/10. I agree with nicolas on this one. It do seems LQ plus it looks unfinished with the lack background...
