old man hiruzen doesn't count he didn't become hokage as an old man he didn't die as hokage level so you're argument is pointless. still even as a old man he'd kick shino's ass in the fight against oro he used 3 kage bunshin multiple element justu's not to mention his sumoning and fighting 2nd and 1st hokage.
