Shino can surround Hiruzen with bugs while Sakura summons Katsuyu to spit acid on the old man. If he tries to defend himself from the acid, he'll be susceptible to getting swarmed with bugs. Whereas if he tries to burn the bugs with fire, Sakura can take him out while he is vulnerable.

Emna might prove to be troublesome but I don't see how Emna can counter bug spam and I don't think the staff can tank Sakura's punches or acid.

two chunins vs a kage...thats fair.
sakura has gotten a good powerup but hiruzen level she isnt. if hiruzen uses his absolute cage defence theres not a whole lot she can do.
hiruzen is largely leagues faster than either of them. and im talking ENTIRE TIERS faster.
he disarmed orochimaru in seconds, after trading hits.
he was able to catch and trap two zombie hokages with his clones.
his doton wall would stop the acid or at least slow it down. and as i said his speed's in a whole other league thus nothing they have can touch him. he isnt up against a sannin, and his two old teachers so i dont think stamina is going to be all too much of a problem.
also hes the professor. leagues smarter than they are. and would know everything about shino and his bug jutsus.

1. Hiruzen isn't faster than Sakura, let alone tiers faster. Sakura punched the Juubi clone while she was stationary and then she managed to catch up to that same Juubi clone she punched away in mere moments despite the fact she had to accelerate from 0 velocity. Show me a speed feat from Hiruzen which was impressive.

2. Shino's bugs will still surround Hiruzen so how does Hiruzen counter that? Fireball attacks only in one direction so Shino's bugs will limit Hiruzen's movements thus allowing Sakura to initiate a direct attack.

3. If Hiruzen uses the cage, Shino's bugs will go through the gaps within the cage.

4. Earth wall will only block Hiruzen's field of vision allowing Shino to surround him with bugs.
