Let's be honest:
He has DRAINING SKILLS that can shut down pretty much ANYONE, since the entire universe is based around using CHAKRA.
He's the C19/C20 of Narutoverse, except he's a good guy and actually wins.
Plus, I liked his jutsu in 633 the most out of all Rookies - it was really epic to EAT UP a Mini-J, compared to various ways of just BEATING it.
